Brilliant place, Visited on sunday with family. Nice seating. Staff are brilliant. Ordering was easy. The desserts were nice and very reasonably priced. Portions are good aswell. I ordered the churros with nutella...This is the first time in my life that I tried churros and I must say I was very impressed. It was cooked very well and coated in sugar. Overall the whole experience was very good. I would highly recommend a visit to this place...Best to eat in rather than delivery specially if you order hot desserts as in deliveries you probably wont get to experience it in the same way as you do in the shop! Hats off to the hard working staff that make this place go the extra mile! I hope your manager looks after you guys well and treats you to pay rises :) ~ rajan k

1. Milk cake is beautiful (the original) 2. Jam and coconut cake with custard is the super yummy! but the portion of custard could be nicer if it was smaller but thicker and less sweet. Nostalgic school day feeling from the 80's and 90's. Definitely a favourite 3. Overall , the desserts are just devine! 4. Personally, it is perfect for takeaway or delivery. Re: atomosphere, Personally feel it is too bright for a place to eat in or go to in the evening or night. 5. Before taking the order if the wait time can be given, this would help the customer, e.g. can wait in the car creating space for people that want to dine in and take up space to make room for other customers (and staff) on the floor. 6. I recently visited chocoberry gipsy lane to celebrate a birthday, and it was such a lovely experience! We ordered a cheesecake, and not only was it absolutely delicious — rich, creamy, and perfectly balanced — but they also went the extra mile by decorating it beautifully and writing “Happy Birthday” on it. The attention to detail and the care they put into the presentation made the celebration feel even more special. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the overall atmosphere of the shop was warm and inviting. Highly recommend for anyone looking to make a sweet occasion even sweeter! ~ Pinak K

Front of house was well maintained, and very clean. The chap in the till was friendly and attentive. He politely amended my order when I accidently ordered to many milkshakes. There's a serving hatch allowing you to see through to the kitchen, and from what I observed it was clean and organized. So into the food. The milkshakes we ordered went down great. The waffle was quickly demolished. I feel it's important to mention that my review is mainly based on the staff, service and cleanliness. It's a franchise; so you the food being centrally produced should be constant in quality. The cheesecakes seen in the display chillers looked nice, but were small. The ice cream chiller was kept covered, with no ice visible (a sign of thawing and refreezing). The waiters were on there feet ready to begin waiting. I would offer a suggestion, maybe sick one of them in the door to great the customers with a smile and a warm welcome. Would certainly use again for the milkshakes, Ice cream and freshly cooked desserts. ~ Craig C

Vist here atleast once a week. It's differs each time who makes the dessert. I'd say the service is outstanding. Desserts are delicious and can't fault them. Somedays I've been and bought desserts being disappointed, depends who's making the desserts and milkshakes in the kitchen. I would definitely recommend this place, the staff are understanding when your not satisfied with your order and ensure next time it reaches the standard you usually expect. ~ Amina S

I have been here for many times and the shakes and falooda were so nice. My mom used to like the food and happy when we have food from this place. Last night we had placed a order on uber eats and we placed a wrong door number. So we called to the restaurant and explained the same and asked for the fast delivery. I’ve been visiting ChocoBerry almost week, and it never disappoints! The staff are always incredibly friendly, and today, they went above and beyond. Vishu (vashishtta) and parnit Absolutely loved my visit to Chocoberry on Jipsy Lane! The waffles were warm and fluffy, the chocolate was rich without being too sweet, and the presentation was beautiful. The staff were really welcoming and attentive, even though it was quite busy. Went to the Gyspy lane branch for the first time. Nice pleasant environment, good seating space. Ordered Choc chip cookie dough, conflake tart with custard, waffle bites and mango passion cooler. All the desserts were top notch and fresh, only complain I would have is could have done with a little extra custard with the conflake tart. Overall excellent desserts and reasonably priced. would definately recommend. ~ Mohammed A

An unforgettable dining experience! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting. The staff was attentive without being overbearing, and every dish was perfectly executed. Sreyas from the London Road Chocoberry branch aproached us politely and took our order with complete care. Kamlesh who is a very kind and professional barista made us the best Terry's Orange hot chocolate once again for me and my wife as we always come by here every weekend as local customers. Today I ordered the kanafeh strawberry cup and i must say it lived up to the hype! As well as this, we ordered the strawberry chocolate cup and the kulfi falooda which were equally as nice!! As it was my birthday, the server Zeba went above and beyond and gave a free ice cream as well as a plate with “Happy birthday” written on it!! Great place to enjoy a range of desserts. I have ordered on several occasions and have to say food standard has been to a very high standard each time. I even had a misunderstanding with one of my orders but Subhash handled my query in a very professional manner and ensured the situation ended on a positive note. 5 star service from Subhash, thanks :D ~ Dev V

Great place to have dessert with friends! The place was very busy and it wasn’t difficult to see why. The staff are doing a great job especially Radha who served us on the front till. Just been to chocoberry for dessert to celebrate my birthday. Ordered cookie dough / little bites waffles/ Latte All was good - the place is very clean but was very quiet. All of our desserts came quite quickly despite it being very busy at around 9pm. We were served by Tamanna john who was extremely kind and attentive. Great option for desserts & cake until late night when sweet eateries are closed on Melton road. Last we had Mango & Kesar faluda shake and relished each sip we had. Nice seating ambiance as well.
